Emotronic music a sub genre of emo the genre that depressed teenagers in makeup and black clothes cut themselves too. The lyrics usually centre around topics such as; my girlfriend broke up with me, whyyyyy!?, I hate life, even though my parents are rich and my friends are depressed, so I am too.
Emotronic music usually consists of an emo, a synthesiser, 100 million keyboards and emo lyrics. Emo laws state that every emo song must have at least one reference to bleeding, dying, Myspace or being dumped by your girlfriend.
Emo’s that listen to this genre are known to be the only emo’s that move a little bit at concerts, however true standard emo’s believe this is against what emo is all about (standing in one place with your hair over your eyes, staring at the ground and cutting your wrists whilst taking photos for your Myspace).
Emotronic music originally started on Myspace when some emo kids got high and thought it was a good idea to mix their hatred for life and lust for bleeding with keyboards and synthesisers giving the false impression of upbeat music, while it rapes your soul and slowly turns you into an emo.
There are many bands of this genre but none more annoying than 3oh!3. Their sound has been desribed by those who like real music as ‘a bunch of cats being molested by emo kids with keyboards and electronic drum kits’, and by their fans as ‘OMFG, they r so damn awsum, i love them1111!, they r so hot!!111!’.
Their song ‘Dont’ Trust Me’ was the bands breakout hit and much like any unwanted infection, it spread rapidly throughout the globe, infecting TV stations and radio stations which were not protected from such an outbreak. The song is believed to be about the lead singer of 3OH!3′s AIDS infection, and how women shouldn’t trust his innocent emo look, because he will infect them with his incurable strain of AIDS he acquired through anal sexual intercourse with a monkey.
Expect to hear more emotronic music on your radio’s soon. Because of this bands success, there will be more to follow. Emo’s are like sheep, they copy and follow anything that gets remotely mainstream (even though they say they do the opposite). So I propose we burn down all record label headquarters, burn down all TV and radio stations to prevent bands such as 3OH!3 from ever being heard again. We would just destroy Myspace on second though which would completely eradicate all bands of every single emo sub genre instantly.

i am the lead singer of an emotronic band . i just see it as emotional music with electronic components . i’m not writing to make kids cut themselves . i happen to like myself and other people . it’s funny cause its always the people who don’t have bands that are always the harshest critics . i’d love to see what you guys think about my band . emotronic . but not depressing at all .
