I’m in my really early twenties, so I’m young (in-case you want to know that). But when I went to school, I remember nearly being expelled (not suspended) for having too many absent days in year 12. Kids are killing each other and bringing knives to school, and only get suspended, yet I nearly got expelled for having too many days off? Where is the fucking justice and focus here?

I swear all of the stories I’ve heard from my parents and their time at school, it makes modern day schooling sound like a holiday camp. My mother recalls getting hit with a hard handled feather duster for only talking in class. My father getting the cane once because he was late to school, I think those kinds of extremes need to be brought back into schools immediately.

Bring back the cane, set-up some kind of hard labour detention program within the school which would make kids who did something wrong stay back after school hours and do work with the groundsman or make them come in on a weekend and do it. Is something like that really that hard to implement? Nope. Will the governments ever do something like that? Nope.

I find it comical and sad that the government is spending millions of dollars and wasting time on implementing an internet filter to protect kids from bad websites on the Internet, yet they’re not doing something about physical abuse happening in schools. Would you rather the government protect your kids from being stabbed or protect them from opening up a pornography website?

How about the government funds some school discipline programs, and perhaps implements self-defence classes into school. Get a martial arts expert, or ex professional boxer to come in and train kids at school to know the basics of defending themselves. Make it mandatory while you’re there.

The iPad is really just an oversized version of an iPhone or iPod Touch. It can run the same apps, has a touch screen and doesn’t let you multitask on it. Sounds great doesn’t it? You want one already.

I really admire Apple; they could sell most of you a lump of coal and call it iCoal, it wouldn’t do anything, but you’d still want to buy it because Apple would ensure if you didn’t buy one, you’ll be alienating yourself from society. Quite personally I think it’s fucking ugly, I mean do Apple think they’re at a point now where they can create anything and know it’s customers will buy it?

I wonder if it will suffer from overheating issues and perhaps burn some customers, leaving a horrible scar reminding them of the crappy and highly expensive purchase that they didn’t need to make for the rest of their lives. If you’re planning on buying one of these, you’re just another Applesheep following the herd to your nearest Apple store.

The sad thing is millions of people will buy this, then Apple will release a newer version in one years time. Thus causing you to go into a fit of panic as you try and scurry up more cash to buy the new iPad-S

Firstly, this lady is probably the biggest idiot I think I have ever heard of in my life (including myself). She hopes to prove that the companies should have foreseen the dangers and that they failed to provide adequate warnings. While we’re at it, why don’t we make gun manufacturers responsible for drive by shootings and accidental deaths? Why don’t we make drug companies responsible when someone overdoses on their drugs? Mr. Hill, then 20, told the police he was so distracted by a cellphone call that he ran a red light at 45 miles an hour, hitting Ms. Doyle’s car as it crossed in front of him.

Mr. Hill was talking on a Samsung UpStage phone on the Sprint Nextel service. Samsung declined to comment. Sprint Nextel said that it “rejects the claims of negligence” in the suit and that it includes safety messages on packaging and user manuals, on its Web site and in its advertising.

It’s funny because the guy that actually killed her mother whilst talking on the phone even said that it’s not the mobile phone companies fault. “It’s our choice if we’re going to talk on the cellphone while driving or walking down the street or in the office,” he said. “The cellphone companies don’t say you should talk on the phone and drive.”

Sure Bing is gaining market share, but Google is still the leader. Most of my news is found from Google searches, I predict that News Corp is going to find out pretty soon the power of Google. Bing will bring minuscule traffic in comparison to Google. Whether these news sites like it or not, Google is definitely the king of search engines and de-indexing will only harm not help their sites.

The Pirate Bay founders cite that they couldn’t have taken the site any further and needed to sell it. More like, the site has been increasingly popular since the trials of it’s founders and they’re capitalising on that. They’re bailing on everyone, and you people defended these guys. Seriously? Come on. The Pirate Bay founders have effectively sold out and at your expense, I hope that makes you mad.

The Pirate Bay will now will now most likely be turned into a pay-to-access site, meaning you will have to pay for content. Doesn’t that kind of undermine what The Pirate Bay was meant to be about in the first place? Free stuff. The new owners of the Pirate Bay want copyright owners to be compensated for their works being distributed, someone get me a bucket to puke in.

I knew The Pirate Bay founders didn’t care about their users. If they cared about their user-base, they wouldn’t have sold out for a huge sum of cash. The Pirate Bay will never be like it was, not that is was that good, but it was big and responsible for distributing a lot of free torrents on the web.

The company that The Pirate Bay sold to is called Global Gaming Factory and it wouldn’t surprise me if you dig deep you might find out that this Global Gaming Factory company has ties with lobbyists protecting the interests of the recording companies. It wouldn’t surprise me in the slightest. It would be a pretty smart move, buy your enemy out so you control the rules.

It looks like a vacancy just opened up for a new torrent tracker to capitalise on the kind of success The Pirate Bay saw. Any takers?

People seem to hold the view that animal testing is torture and wrong, I say it’s a way of life. If we didn’t test products on animals, would we be the highly advanced and well-adjusted race like we are today? Of course not, don’t be silly. If we didn’t test things on animals, who would we test them on; Old people, blind orphans, religious child molesters? We already hunt animals for food, so it makes perfect sense to do everything else to them.

If it weren't for animal testing, Oprah wouldn't have been born.

Most animals can repopulate so much easier than humans – due to there not being a drink buying or dating phase, animals can have intercourse and repopulate it’s particular animal species in less than a few minutes after meeting (in most cases). So what’s one less baby elephant or endangered Koala donated to a good laboratory cause?

I know if I were an animal, I’d be honoured to be selected for animal testing; to be a part of history, to be part of a potentially new ground breaking product like longer lasting antiperspirant or a warming lubricant to make sexual encounters in the cold (especially the Antarctic) a little less numbing and sticky.

Sure animals die during the testing phase all of the time, and I am almost certain a few baby Koala’s or rabbits are dying due to an allergic skin reaction from some cologne as we speak. Wow, what a bunch of heroes. I feel much safer knowing that some baby rabbit got skin cancer from a new cologne instead of myself. Don’t you?

Another thing: How can you trust products that claim not to test their products on animals? How do we know that those non-animal-tested products won’t make us grow another eye or mutate in a sewer dwelling creating that eats homeless people, and listens to Miley Cyrus’s music?

I believe laboratory tested products are safer because they’ve been tested properly or as close to properly as possible. It seems animals have a thousand uses besides mauling your neighbours baby or running through a maze to find cheese.

BMW Loves To Promote It's Cars To Hoons; Who can't afford to even buy a BMW.

Recently Australia’s advertising watchdog banned a BMW TV commercial because it promoted ‘hoon driving‘.

The ad I speak of is where a BMW is driving in a warehouse creating an artwork on the floor with paint, the car is notably spinning it’s wheels and performing all kinds of driving manoeuvres which are deemed illegal. But are people that stupid that they can’t tell the difference between television and reality? Would this advertisement really make someone get into their car and mimic the stunts on the streets? I highly doubt it.

I find it highly ironic that in Australia we allow television advertisements for alcohol to be shown, but not a car advertisement that merely shows a car doing manoeuvres – in a warehouse, quite clearly not on the road.

This honestly is just the icing on the political correctness cake. Australia appears to be showing an apparent transition into communism, could it be Kevin Rudd’s obsession with China is finally rubbing off onto the Australian way of life? First an Internet filter list, no R18+ game rating system and banning a car advertisement which is more like art than promoting dangerous driving.

What’s next; will Top Gear Australia and Top Gear UK be banned because they promote hoon driving with their speeding, illegal driving manoeuvres shown on the television show? Wouldn’t surprise me. And also, since when do hoons drive BMW’s? Not to mention, since when a hoon even open up a can of paint anyway?

Now it’s been revealed that he had a liver transplant, doesn’t anyone else find that highly suspicious? Why couldn’t Apple tell us he had a liver transplant? It’s a common fact that people who have hormone imbalances DO NOT get their damn livers removed.

Maybe it’s just me being a pretentious prick, but aren’t there laws against withholding information from your stockholders and the public when you’re a fucking publicly traded company? I don’t know. Maybe Apple are exempt from the law because they’re so popular with their minuscule Linux like market share on desktop PC’s. Much sarcasm intended.

I think Apple need to be investigated for what has happened. Everyone was misled and made to believe Steve Jobs just needed some rest and to pop a few pills and he’d be okay eventually. People don’t get organ transplants for no reason, it doesn’t take a doctor to tell you that.

It sure seems as though nobody cares Apple lied. If this were Microsoft, people would be chanting “burn them, burn them!” and holding flaming pitchforks.
