People throw too much praise at Firefox and it’s extensions. Not every extension is good you Linux nerd, there are some pretty pointless extensions for Firefox that pretty much or in fact DO suck. I am surprised people actually take the time to create these extensions in the first place.

5. Have you felt like since you’ve been using Firefox that it’s missing something? Perhaps memory leak fixes? Or maybe just some cute kittens in the Firefox about box. If you answered yes to the second one say hello to about:kittens. Cat fans rejoice, now you can have cats in your Firefox about box.
6. How many times have you been on a web page and wished that there was an extension that replaced every letter on a web page with the letter a? You need AAAAA for Firefox!
7. Do you need an extension to honour Pavel Cvrcek’s work on Mozilla project? You need about:cvrcek
8. Are you sick of navigating long pages and need to get back to the top of the page quickly? Forget the home key. Why not download an extension that can help you do the same thing your home key did. Why not get Back to Top and revel in your extension-ness as your friends suffer at the hands of the home key.
9. Have you ever felt like you were just going to explode because your boss is being an ignoramus or Microsoft Word won’t do at you want it to? Perhaps Windows is crashing 30 times a day! Cheer yourself up with Defunk! which will display a quote for you. Because a fucking quote will totally make everything better.
10. Do you use Deviant Art and sick of the ads? Forget Adblock which will block the ads for you. Why not get a completely different and pointless extension that will remove them for you and leave the whitespace intact where the ads once were? deviantArtAdsKiller!
11. Fed up with reading English and just so happen to speak fluent lolcat? Then you need Et Lolcat. And extension that translates English into Lolcat. If you actually use this extension, you’ve found the reason you don’t have a girlfriend.
12. Ever wondered if there was an extension so unuseful you just have to have it? Say no more, meet Hello World Text. This handy extension will display hello world!! in your Firefox status bar. Perfect for showing off to your nerdy friends.
13. Hopeless at making decisions? Why not let your web browser do it for you with Indecision. Contemplating suicide or computer fraud? Let this handy extension decide for you. Perfect for people who don’t take responsibility for their own decisions and blame others.
14. How many times have you found yourself having to press F5 to reload a tab - or clicking the dreaded refresh button to reload a tab? Too damn many. Why not make things that much easier with Double-Click to Reload Tabs for Firefox. Why bother clicking just once on the refresh button or hitting F5? When you can double click the tab to refresh that tab instead.
